If you experience an issue, please complete the complaint form and send it together with the item.
We follow the Danish Consumer Agency’s guidelines and provide a 2-year warranty on faults and defects.
Return & Exchanges
20-day full return and exchange right for goods in unused condition and original packaging.
Returns made later than 20 days will be credited with a deduction:
21–90 days: 20% deduction
91–180 days: 40% deduction
After 180 days: returns are not accepted
Return shipping is paid for by the customer and shipping costs are non-refundable.
